This homecare group started strong in 2015, but in recent years it has deteriorated due to funding cuts and staff turnover. The office has struggled to retain qualified personnel, which has led to missed visits and incomplete paperwork. I repeatedly had to remind them about essential tasks such as annual check-ups, blood work for a diabetic parent, and other required exams so Keystone VIP Choice could provide incentives to families.

After reading some of the reviews, I see that I’m having the same issue. I see there’s a response saying that they’re under new management and that things are going to be changing. I’ve contacted the office four times today trying to get medication for my bedridden 80 year old mother who has a UTI. It still has not been called into the pharmacy. My only other option is going to the hospital via ambulance.

This place is by far the worse medical office I have ever endured. My grandma is bed ridden and relies on this office for her healthcare needs however, they are rude & ignorant and act as if they do not want to work or help. When she is scheduled for appointments, they take forever or just do not show up virtually, not even a notice to confirm my appointment has been cancelled, nit to mention, I had to take time off from work for this app. You leave them messages, no one ever returns your calls.
