Diane did a great job of answering all of our questions and showing us all of our options. She is extremely knowledgeable about their products. Was travelling thru the area. Stopped at the Factory to explore their offerings. Salesperson Kathy was busy, but quickly prioritized what she was doing to address our questions & needs.
