I purchased a new home with Superior Homes in 2023. It was completely built to my specifications in a month and a 1/2; I moved-in only three months after ordering the home. I love my home and am thrilled with how it turned-out. I dealt exclusively with sales manager Steele Broderick. I couldn't recommend Steele enough. Steele is the kindest, most-transparent, patient and honorable sales person I've ever purchased from. Superior Homes also followed-through on fixing some minor punch list details after having moved-in. Highly recommended. 5/5. I plan to buy through Superior Homes again when I am ready to build a larger home down the line. Thank you very much Steele.

The ease of doing business from the initial out reach through delivery was amazing. The lines of communication throughout the entire process was great. When we decided on a model we appreciated the time taken to walk us through the options and pros and cons of purchasing now versus down then the road. This ultimately saved us money. While the entire process was amazing I really have to give credit to Chase. He dealt with the township buildings department for a smoothless and timely completion in obtaining our occupancy permit.
