I started this process with my mom. It was for her to have on her property. Colton, I have to say was and is very attentive, communicative, responsible, empathetic to the situation that happened were at this time despite having everything almost ready including the land almost ready to put the house on, life took another turn and we are not able to proceed. Colton was not angry, was not unprofessional the opposite. Colton was/is very empathetic, caring, compassionate just a very good person all around. Xiomara Fuentes was by far the best. She went over every square inch of the home and pointed out everything that needed to be addressed.
