“I was lucky enough to find an absolutely amazing provider in this office: Dr. Ramey Roppel. I've had a few issues pop up over the last year or so that's she's attended to. Every time I see her or speak to her, I truly feel listened to and understood. She gives options if there are money constraints along with expanding things in detail to make sure they are understood. I cannot thank her enough for her help, and really value her as a physician. The only issue I have with the practice is that I asked for a pap smear at the same time as my annual visit when I first scheduled it a year ago. When I was in for a problem appointment, I confirmed this with reception and they said it was not scheduled as such, but they would change it for me. When I came in for my annual today, I was not scheduled for the pap smear. Dr. Roppel was still willing to do it, even though it was not scheduled as such. Other than this, which wasn't really an issue, I've never had any problems with the office.“
