The trick with Valley Family Medicine is choosing the right care provider. Do not try to speak to the "on-call" physician if that person is a physician you have never met. Even though all of the physicians in this practice are licensed to practice medicine in the state of Pennsylvania, that does not mean that they all care about you. At least three physicians with whom I have interacted have the bedside manner of a toad. My physician, Dr Kodey works here & is one of the finest doctors I have ever visited. I actually only go to the doctor because she is so good. I highly recommend her & this great care center. There is onsite testing as well as an x-ray facility.

Dr. Vasil and the office staff at Emerling Plaza are great! He is one of the only doctors who takes the time to listen to you, takes you serious, and sends you for all testing in regards to your issue, so no table is left unturned. If you need a prescription refill or prior authorization, almost 100% of the time it is done that day. If your doctor isnt available you have alot of options with some other great doctors.
