You are the worst practice in the area. Every time I try to get life saving prescriptions filled you always let us down. Run out every single month, when we call, all you get is the answering machine saying that they are busy assisting other patients, but every single time I was forced to take my mother down there, all I heard we the entire staff talking about what they're going to have for lunch. How about doing your jobs. Maybe pack a lunch so you can actually help your patients.

Since Dr.Chu left, this office has rapidly gone down hill! I have seen THREE different providers in this office because everyone is always scheduled out by months, then one provider has the gall to say to me “you can’t be seeing this many providers”. 😂. Well, maybe if I could schedule with my usual provider this wouldn’t be the case but unfortunately for me I do need to see a doctor. I remember 2018 I could see my provider that same week now I have to wait six months. What a joke!

Since December 21st 2023 to now January 17th 2024 I have been getting the run around. I have an infection in my wisdom teeth that requires surgery. They kept telling me there was nothing they could do. which was a lie because my mother in law called in because i was in agony, and only then did they give me a prescription. now im going through the same thing and still they are giving me the run around. I have never felt like any of the doctors i have had did not care about health and pain until now
