Wow! This is nuts, I was looking to switch my kids to this office since it's closer to home, but with all these negative reviews not just within years but even months in, I think I'll keep them where they're at until I hear different from anyone I personally know. The office might have to change their ways from looks to make better care for patients because its people we talking about not animals.
You are the worst practice in the area. Every time I try to get life saving prescriptions filled you always let us down. Run out every single month, when we call, all you get is the answering machine saying that they are busy assisting other patients, but every single time I was forced to take my mother down there, all I heard we the entire staff talking about what they're going to have for lunch. How about doing your jobs. Maybe pack a lunch so you can actually help your patients.
Since Dr.Chu left, this office has rapidly gone down hill! I have seen THREE different providers in this office because everyone is always scheduled out by months, then one provider has the gall to say to me “you can’t be seeing this many providers”. 😂. Well, maybe if I could schedule with my usual provider this wouldn’t be the case but unfortunately for me I do need to see a doctor. I remember 2018 I could see my provider that same week now I have to wait six months. What a joke!
