LVPG Family Medicine-Whitehall

I was a patient here in 2021 I just moved to the area from Hawaii with my partner (during pandemic) and needed a local practice, at the time they had a woman who was in her 80s taking care of the front collecting copays and running the office. My late boyfriend and I would frequently go together. Well she reported to the collection the wrong information * married and put us as a joint account amongst other things. I have reached out over 50 times to the “New Office Manager “ who has repeatedly ignored my request of records , get this, we have a new system and those records are gone to the records grave! My mother has been going to this practice for many years. Starting with Dr Todd who was amazing, then she saw Dr Tomcho whom she also liked very much. When he retired she was told she had to see Dr Garcia. Let me tell you, he is the most awful doctor ever!!!!! He treats her like a child, told her that because she needs meds for sleep and and the occasional anxiety he wanted her to go and see a psychiatrist WHAT THE EVER LOVING HECK!!!!! He said he would only fill her meds for another few months and then he is cutting her off!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME. SHE IS 90!!!! PLEASE if you go to this QUACK!!!!! Switch!!!!! It's 2024 now and I'm changing it to a 1 star. Unless you make an appointment, you cannot get ahold of anyone. Don't call them for any help, questions, concerns. & Appointments are so hard to make, your waiting months out.

Unless your in office and therefore paying a bill, you do not exsist.

This issue is healthcare wide, but this office was excellent years ago. It's caught up to the everyday nonsense of everywhere else.
