“I went to the Springfield store for some XLR cords and I as soon as I walked in there about 4 employees that stopped what they were doing and greeted me almost simultaneously. You would’ve thought I was Justin Bieber or something. Customer service like that in my opinion is old school and you don’t see anymore these days. They were great with helping me decide what size and quality cords to get. As a mobile dj I’ve bought cords many different places but theirs always seems to last the longest and their warranty plan is great. 5 stars hands down!”
