My mom was in yesterday for an appointment with Dr. Norden and she had a very good experience. She said no other doctor has ever sat with her and listened to her complaints soo calmly and took the time to explain procedures. Other doctors always rush her. I just wanted to thank Dr. Norden and the staff for such a great experience. We need more doctors like you who are compassionate and take the time to listen to patients.
I have coming to Green and Seidner for over 20 years. Dr Kennedy has been my primary care physician and has been nothing less Awesome. She has taken phenomenal care of myself and my family. I always tell Dr Kennedy, she will remain my doctor For the remainder of my life or her retirement.
Been coming here for awhile and feel the service has gone downhill. Most of the receptionists are not friendly and rude. Not welcoming at all. There may be one that is decent. I have been trying to get a dispute settled for like 5 months now and can't believe how slow it has been with documents not being sent to my insurance. Very simple tasks so shouldn't be this difficult. I feel like I am having to constantly call to get responses and do their job! Do better! Needs improvement!
