I have been with the practice for years. Each provider I have seen has been knowledgeable, caring, and professional. Dr. Norden is communicative and expresses concern and is nice. She will try to help you as best she can and try to get you in when she can. Dr. Kennedy is delightful. They will try to get you in for a sick visit as soon as they can; they try to accommodate you as best they can. And I genuinely feel that they care. Primary care is a tough discipline; they handle it with grace.
At the start of 2025 I sought after a new family doctor given my previous one left the practice (completely different practice than Green and Seidner). I was lucky enough to come across Dr. Marissa Norden who has been nothing short of exceptional all year. I've been dealing with a few different health issues and she has been beyond supportive and informative when it comes to her advice. She is also EXTREMELY responsive on the portal (this includes evening and weekend responses)! I highly recommend Dr. Norden to anyone seeking a top notch PCP.
After the nurse practitioner I was seeing left in October, I started seeing Dr. Norden. When I last saw Dr. Norden we discuss trying a medication for help with my A1C, she voiced her concerns about the medication I wanted to try due to my family's medical history. I felt that she really listened and we came to a compromise. I have never felt better or more comfortable with a Doctor! She is caring and compassionate with her patients and has a great bed side manner. This I feel is what patients look for in their primary care providers.
