The staff, both the nurse at the front desk and the doctor who saw the patients, have been very knowledgeable and explanative. Patients have been taken right away and only waited a few minutes in a room after their vitals were taken. Walked in early am. Had little to no waiting time. The staff was wonderful to work with. I’ve been sick for a few weeks and over the counter medication was not helping to move it along. I actually just booked another appointment for this afternoon for DOT medical examining . I didn’t even know they do this and can schedule later in afternoon appointments and weekends for this. If that works out I can stop going all the way to King of Prussia.
Always professional and humble. Services is always not long even when busy. I love the P.A. Seda and M.A. Shan are always welcoming and make u laugh no matter what the issue is they make u feel like its ok they will do their best to get u better with no judgment its my new favorite place when I need care instead of my original doctor's office 🤫😁
