Where do I start it's too much to type. So I'll keep it short and simple. Photographer had a bad odor my son was about to pass out from the smell. She seems like she just started taking photos. Pictures are horrible and not worth $150.00. She did a terrible job. Service is not like years ago it's a very rush and basic photo shoot. There is hidden fees so read the fine print. Lastly we're missing pictures that she claims she took. Go elsewhere.

Appointment was 5:15. Didn't start until 6:45 with 3 kids. Crazy wait time with two toddlers. Oh and don't forget the HIDDEN session fee that you aren't told about until you're done. $15 session fee per person. What I thought was going to be a $120 digital album ended up costing me 2 hours of wait time and $180 for 16 pictures and a "free" 8x10 that cost me another $9.99 for shipping.Don't support this rip off of a company. We should've gone with a private photographer and we would've had a better experience.

Have been going to this studio for years and JC penny for 19 yrs for my family pics. Today was not the day. 12 people we always have a big group was rushed through our photos and we needed one more shot and the photographer pulled out the SD card and said other families are waiting...ok so we booked a session like everyone else. 30 min and we couldn't get 1 more pictures after she rushed us as it. I get it's busy but it's Christmas they should be use to it. We were on time for our session. Pics were basic she didn't check to make sure everyone was smiling lookked ok etc.Than the sales guy decided to take 40 min trying to sell me on EVERY product the store has but I couldn't...read full review
