This is the best Ulta location, a great place that is extremely clean. The staff is exceptionally nice and helpful, with people who know what they’re doing. Ava is amazing and went above and beyond, she is super helpful and knowledgeable. She knows her stuff and can help revamp an entire makeup collection, helping to pick out the best foundation shade and brand. She tested out a few to make sure customers are satisfied.
Lydia was able to take my dreadful cut into a fresh, fun style. She listened to my concerns and offered suggestions that made sense. She even explained a different way to cut my hair so it styles better. I am very happy with her as a stylist and her positive, fun attitude.
The girls here are so nice. There were 2 employees who noticed I was totally lost with trying to find what I was looking for. The one girl showed me the stuff I came in for and the other one helped me with some makeup testers to match my facial skin tone. These employees know how to give quality customer service.
I had an amazing experience here this past weekend. I came in with my mom looking for a new foundation which I've always struggled with doing myself in the past. Sometimes it can be hit or miss at a beauty store depending on who you have helping you. I must've hit the jackpot because the employee who I asked for help amazed me. I told her the problem with my old foundation and what I was looking for.
