The staff is exceptionally nice and helpful, with people who know what they’re doing. Ava is amazing and went above and beyond, she is super helpful and knowledgeable. She knows her stuff and can help revamp an entire makeup collection, helping to pick out the best foundation shade and brand. She tested out a few to make sure customers are satisfied.
I had an amazing experience here this past weekend. I came in with my mom looking for a new foundation which I've always struggled with doing myself in the past. Sometimes it can be hit or miss at a beauty store depending on who you have helping you. I must've hit the jackpot because the employee who I asked for help amazed me. I told her the problem with my old foundation and what I was looking for. She brought me over to a brand I've never heard of before (Live Tinted) and just by looking at my skin for a few seconds got the shade right the first try. I was in shock. The ladies that work here are absolutely amazing! My daughter has autism and adhd! She was acting crazy playing in the doorway and cursing. The one lady came up to me ( I instantly thought i was getting kicked out!) She said it's that your daughter and I was like part don't kick me out she has autism! She was like no I would never do that is there anything we can do to occupy her fine so you can shop! I go here quite often now and she grabbed stickers and talked with my daughter and all the other ladies that worked there were so understanding and nice! My daughter and I left very happy. First she got a haircut, and then I did; the same young lady attended to both of us. We were truly delighted with the stylist—I don't remember her name, but I really appreciated the service and how the haircuts turned out.
