“My experience could not have been any better! I was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist who knew my name and that I was coming. She drove a very long distance to fill-in for the usual receptionist,. That shows we had a nice conversation and also, that she must love what she does to atep-up like she did! Plus, she confirmed how much I was going to love having the Laser procedure done. Then, the nurse that did my treatment, was very congenial, informative and skilled. She made sure that I was comfortable and knew what to expect each step of the way! We had nice conversations, diverting my attention that I barely felt what was happening! I was offered cooling cream afterwards, which I did not need and was given after-care instructions, should discomfort or issues arise. The whole process was done very quickly. I was done before my appointment was actually scheduled (because there was a cancelation and I was taken right away when I arrived)! I exchanged pleasantries with the technician, scheduled my next appointment with the receptionist and was on my way with a smile on my face and a bounce in my step!“

“Doctors are fantastic. In fact, all staff is friendly. The lab is a little slow, and sometimes they like to stand and talk rather than wait on you. Labs appointment times run behind because of this. Chemo portion is also always behind. If you have an 11am infusion, don't be in a hurry because more than likely you won't get taken back til 1130. Reception and volunteers are wonderful. Building is clean and easy to move around in. Overall, nice facilities“
