For the past few years, we have had a window that has leaked, and have put it on the back burner because we have had other bigger problems with the house. Recently, some of the wood from the window fell down, and we realized that we had a massive termite infestation. After taking care of the termites, we had Zephyr Thomas come out and look at the window and gave us a very fair price but told us that they would not be able to know the extent of the damage from the termites until they actually opened the wall up. A few coworkers recommended Zephyr Thomas because they had used them and were very satisfied with the work they had done. I wanted to have all of my windows replaced and add a sliding glass door into my back yard. I had three different companies come out to give estimates. My salesman Daryel was by far the best to work with he took the time to show me my options and not knowing much about windows and doors he kept me from making mistakes when choosing what to go with.
