I recently had my first eye exam at Yealy Eye Care and it was great experience! Dr.Gaughan was a wonderful provider!
The only reason for the 4 stars is because I’ve had difficultly reaching a receptionist and my phone calls always go to voicemail with no response.
Im changing my review from negative to positive. I stopped in today to discuss something insurance related. The girls at the reception desk and another girl ( wish i had gotten her name) went out of their way to help me and even made a few phone calls. They even set me up with several weeks of samples until a solution is figured out!
Only negative thing is when ever you call it goes to voice mail and takes several days for return calls
They are awesome. They eye doctor cares she takes the time to make sure your seeing better. Other eye doctors told me to wear reading glasses with my contacts not here I have been back 2xs for them to make adjustments to make sure I don't have to wear reader's. Front staff was very nice too! Will go here from here on out
