I used to enjoy coming here. I have had two bad experiences now where I’ve been cut. I went for a pedicure recently and it was rushed and my sister and I were both cut with files and cuticle cutters. Horrible experience and they shared tools without cleaning them.

They are absolutely wonderful here. They do a beautiful job and have always accommodated me as a walk-in. They have also opted to stay late, after they close, to provide services. Love Vi Nails!

I moved to Lancaster 2 years ago and have tried several nail salons in and around the city. I stopped looking once I found VI nails! I have been happy with almost everyone at VI, but Kim, the owner, is by far the best. I get dip nails and she gets the perfect shape and the nails are never thick! I would highly recommend! Not to mention there is great coffee and doughnuts next door:)!

Rush, rush,rush! After waiting half an hour to get my eyebrows done while trying to explain how i wanted them the owner cut me off while i was speaking telling me “yeah yeah lay down” then “did” my eyebrows in literally 1 minute. They look like they weren’t even touched. terrible customer service. Worst $10 ever spent. NEVER AGAIN.

I LOVE this nails salon. I have been coming here for years. Kim is great! She always makes sure things are done right. The other gals she has working for her do a great job also. The salon his clean and efficient. Everyone is nice and friendly. Im always pleased with my nails and Pedicure's. They are also great at waxing. Way to go gals keep up the good work! ♥️ Brook S.

Kim does amazing nails!! Took a risk one day going to VI nails because I had never been and I was NOT disappointed very nice clean quiet environment to get your nails done! Definitely go see KIM!!!

I will never be returning to the salon again. The owner Kim was very rude and very disrespectful towards me. Me and my family have been coming here for years to get our nails and toes done so as to say, I was very surprised with how she treated me. when she finished, I told her that my nails were very uneven and none of the fingers were the same and she got very nasty and started yelling at me and told me I was wrong. Then she proceeded to say that I just don’t wanna pay you I have been coming here for years and I always pay good and tip well. I also feel like she was rushing on my nails because she had a white client that was sitting there waiting. Her behavior was disgusting and no one that owns a salon should treat people this way. 0/10 don’t recommend!
