From beginning to end was very smooth and informative. The installers came within the window time and work efficiently and professionally. I'm excited with my central air installation.
We had a good experience having UGI come to our home to do routine maintenance on our air conditioning unit. Our technician, Jordan, was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.
Will was knowledgeable, helpful, thorough, respectful of my property, and completely explained all the problems to me and offered suggestions as to how to avoid such problems in the future. He even returned to fix a minor problem caused by the sediment in my water heater and to check my water pressure. He was fabulous and to be commended for his work and kindness.
