I needed a new battery for my older Motorola phone, and the techs (Kevin and Aidan) at your store on East Lincoln HWY in Lancaster, PA were happy to help me with that request. They ordered the battery, called me when it was in, and scheduled a time for the work to be done. I arrived with the phone, they told me when it would be done, and sure enough it was!! GREAT customer service, excellent techs, overall good experience. I would recommend this store in particular, and the company as a whole to anyone who has need of cell phone repair.
Very helpful, took a little longer than expected but they had the phone fixed in an hour and a half, with tax it cost a tiny bit over one hundred dollars to change the battery in my samsung s22
