Great communication! Quick scheduling, quick turn around time even with a holiday weekend, and recycled old laptops for me. Fix IT chix was able to recover photos and videos off of 3 old laptops and an external hard drive that I accidentally wrote data over. Some of the photos were the only photos I had of my children as infants!I am so pleased with all that they were able to recover and how reasonably priced she was! Will be back for any and all other tech issues! Thank you SO much!

I had a great experience here. I had some pretty extensive hinge damage done to a laptop and they repaired it for less than half what the manufacturer wanted to fix it. The employee I spoke with was forthcoming and knowledgeable and made the process very easy. The repair was done VERY quick especially considering they had to order parts for it. I do many repairs on laptops myself where I work but in the cases where I have issues getting parts or when the physical damage is greater than what I have tools to repair, I will definitely be using Fix(IT) Chix again.
