Miss Tracy is an absolute gem. Her customer service is top tier. My xbox series x was in good hands. With the hdmi port damaged by my son I had to get it fixed. After getting it home it works perfectly. Can't say enough good things about my experience here. Definitely recommend.
Traci called me on a Saturday afternoon when they are closed to finish up getting my old computer ready to at least check emails and use the internet. I was thinking it wouldn’t be ready until Wednesday or Thursday but instead was able to pick up Tuesday. On top of that she told me they had changed me too much and refunded me $30. Not too many businesses will treat you like that. Highly recommend them for their services.
Incredible experience and work done. My 3yo threw his tablet down the stairs and it must’ve hit a stair just right… Busted the side where the buttons are. Fixed and back to me within 24 hours! Incredible. Very reasonable pricing too!
