This was my second time using UBreakIFix and the service has been exceptional each time! My appointment was at 3 PM. When I arrived they were ready for me. The person who greeted me and did the intake was very professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the repair and what the exact cost would be to repair it. He also checked with the techs to make sure they could promise same day service. I was promised it would be repaired by 6:30 PM. I arrived at 6:15 and it was ready as promised. My phone charger and headphones were not working properly and I had no idea why, the friendly employees quickly figured out the issue and it was fixed in less than 5 minutes! Amazing service and my phone is working like new!
Garrett was great. He got the repair done quickly, was great at communicating in regards to when he would be here and was even pleasant to talk with an informative while he did the repair. This is exactly what you could hope for in this type of situation. Highly recommend and extremely appreciative!
