I genuinely don’t get some of the bad reviews (possibly because they are from some time ago) because my experience at Tropic Tan was the complete opposite. Jessica helped me today and was SO friendly in a real, not fake way…actually listening and happy to answer all my random curiosity questions without rushing me ? I love how thorough their sign up process is too, it felt informative. The beds are super well maintained, there are multiple levels to choose from, and with a quick glance they seem to have a ton of lotions for every budget. I’m pretty inexperienced w/ indoor tanning & this is only the 2nd time going to a tanning salon. The girl who was at the front desk was super nice + helpful. I recently went to a nearby chain salon prior and felt like the service there was poor + the employees were so judgy, so I was a little nervous trying another place but I’m glad I did! The salon was clean, the employee was nice + I bought 4 more sessions for now. I’m excited for them! ?

The people are very friendly and helpful. They didn't have a particular lotion I wanted, so they ordered it for me. They have varying strengths of tanning beds and bronsing beds.
