Lasik Vision Institute is top notch! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel completely at ease. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind! The consultation process was thorough and informative. They took the time to explain every step and answer all my questions. While I was there they offered to do the surgery at that time, so I went for it! Just got LASIK yesterday at the Lancaster office and all I can say is this was one of the greatest decisions I’ve ever made. All of the staff are great. They explained everything very well at the first appointment and answered any of my questions that I had! Day of surgery, I went in and was done within 30 minutes. If you get worked up and anxious, I’d recommend taking something to help calm you down before surgery. It’ll also help when you go home and need to sleep for 3-5hrs until the irritation goes away. I went in on a Wednesday after work and Dr. Brusco and his staff were able to get my preliminary testing completed and perform the surgery that same day! My experience was wonderful and I am very happy with my results.
