The Lounge is clean, decorated beautifully, and smells so good. The check-in process is quick, and clients are promptly offered a beverage. The team strives to help clients look and feel their absolute best. Jennifer has helped clients tremendously with facials that are the best, leaving skin much clearer with minimal buildup. What Jennifer and Andra have created is something entirely different and far more meaningful. It is about returning to yourself. The experience feels thoughtful, elevated, and grounded in genuine care. Clients are not rushed or sold to, but understood. A hot stone massage with Cheri was absolutely amazing, leaving a client feeling great. Cheri does a full body from the top of the head to the tip of the toes, including hands, fingers, and even ears. She is gentle yet firm and checks in to ensure the pressure is right. A clarifying facial with Jacque was reasonably priced, with highly skilled extractions. The facial left skin feeling refreshed. A first-time visit for a brow lift, tint, and wax with Carissa R. was amazing. Carissa is professional, efficient, attentive, and so friendly. The brows left looking the best they have ever looked.
