Kristen has been cutting my hair for many years and I always love the services that I receive from her at Smart Style! She is accomplished, professional in her demeanor, friendly, caring, and is always willing to help when an emergency arises that requires special consideration. I travel a lot for work and many times my trips creep up at the last minute. Kristen is always accommodating and tries her best to get me in when I am in a pinch. My mother, who is now deceased, would only let Kristen touch her hair. She had cancer and was extremely delicate. Dawn did my perm and cut. I've only had 1 other person do it in very many years and the perm did not last actually I looked the same as when I went in so since that no one but dawn does my hair. She always does a superb job. Her skills r greatly appreciated!!!!
