Would highly recommend staying away from this place. Their front desk person, Randee, is one of the worst customer service people I have ever dealt with. First, they don't even get up to help you look for flooring, they simply point in a direction and say 'all our LVP is over that way'. We ended up finding flooring that matched so we placed an order for 2 boxes and a bunch of stair noses (over $700 order). Decided to use a different flooring so called and asked to return the 2 boxes of unopened flooring ($210 worth of flooring). Randee told us they have a minimum of 5 boxes for return. Do you really want to know , it was the worst experience we ever had at a showroom , first the showroom attendant wouldn't get up off her chair to come out and help us and then she sent her assistant out who didn't know a thing about her products. She kept having to look it up on Google and didn't know any prices of the products we were interested in. , we left there thinking this was a total waste of time , we got nothing accomplished. We will not be buying anything from them , going elsewhere. And will be telling all my friends not to go there.
