been waiting for my pool cover for 4 years now. always a different story, different excuse. so this year there put on a tarp with the water things around it. Only problem was they didn't fill them and some had missing caps. Did I mention they were slimey and green with mold and algea?? i have given my patience for 4 years waiting for someone to make things right. im done. my poor dog fell in the pool this morning. 30 degrees outside. thank god she didn't get stuck under the tarp. Next step is a complaint to the BBB. Nobody ever returns a phone call or email. Ryan is a nice guy and seems to try, but wife and.office staff are NO help.
Not going to say it was a perfect experience but I will say in the end we have a beautiful fiberglass (Clearwater Beach model) pool that we LOVE. From LED lights, to remote control, to our waterfall, already some great memories made;) Ryan and his crew were going through a transitional year, so we understand it wasn't as ideal as we had hoped. I do honestly, but sadly, believe that we would have experienced worse with most others! The follow through has already improved greatly. Our pool was done timely and with COVID it has been a god-send. We experienced electrical concerns, nothing to do with Prestigious pools, but they helped us find out it was a PECO issue. Working with Kim and Ryan was absolutely wonderful. The new liner they installed for us looks GORGEOUS! If your vinyl pool is in need of a new liner, I highly recommend Prestigious Pools!
