The nurse was very nice and explained everything we needed. The process was explained for our inoculations and other helpful tips. I had a good experience, no pain from injections and no side effects from the 5 different meds. Robin

The nurse took her time with me and was very thorough. Did not push me to buy the products they sell and informed me that I could get some of of the needed vaccinations at my doctor and insurance would cover.

We needed Covid tests within 72 hours of our flight to Aruba. We needed to get the results at least 4 hours before the flight. We were referred to Passport Health. They were fantastic to work with! We scheduled an appointment in Lancaster. We met with Carol who was great! We had questions a few days later and emailed after hours. To our surprise our emails were answered by Karen shortly after sending them. When we got the results from our tests, one of names was was misspelled.
