I tried to reschedule an appointment with this office today, which clearly states they open at 8:00 a.m. By 8:30 I had called numerous times and still their message said they were closed. So, I chose option 9 to speak with their answering service who was very friendly and told me yes they are supposed to be open at 8 am and yes their phones still aren't turned on. She told me she would leave a message with the office for them to call me back and took all my information. By 9:20 a.m. I still hadn't heard from the office so I called again. I feel like they have a bad reputation because of one or two people. First, I see Dr. Fisher. She and her nurse are absolutely amazing and lovely. Second, the injection staff is just as great. Third, sometimes you’ll get a receptionist that isn’t the friendliest BUT…the amount of people that visit their office is insane. I know…that isn’t an excuse. I too work in customer service and know the importance of friendliness. I was skeptical going into my first visit and was very pleasantly surprised.
