Went to the store, which has a nice sized parking lot by the way, to have them look at repairing a year old pair of Ray Ban and Hugo Boss glasses. They fixed the nose pad on the Ray Bans and twisted the frame of the Hugo Boss glasses to get them back in line. Very friendly people, great service and atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

Ok called multiple big name eye care providers. Had 2 pair of glasses one had good lens and broken frame other had broken frame and good lens. Simply wanted them swapped. Lens crafters couldn’t do it because I didn’t get them there another the same thing and after 4 big name franchise calls non were concerned about my vision just the $. Went to Millers eye care and walked out within 10 min job done and wanted no charge. Outta principal I insisted they take $20. You just don’t find customer care like this anymore. If I could give 100 stars I would. Never gonna go anywhere else for my vision needs again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️???

Went in with a missing screw in glasses purchased online and they replaced it for me. Several other places refused because I didn't buy them there or have insurance with them. Afraid to help in case they were damaged further I was told. Refused to take any payment and were fast and professional. Great old school customer service in a close by and convenient location! Thank you again!!
