Despite other negative reviews, I have not had any issues with my care team. I’ve been seeing a physician here for over 4 years and I’ve had nothing but a positive experience. It did take months to be seen but the team is nothing but professional and caring.
I see Dr Lisa Allen in this group and she's a top notch Rheumatologist. If I need help during off hours I just message her and someone gets back to me. I have several complex illnesses. She is aware of my other illnesses and is constantly concerned about how her treatment will affect those illnesses. I'm not treated like a number.
