My eye appointment was a stress-free experience. When I walked in Lens Crafters a friendly greeter escorted me to the receptionist. The receptionist was quick taking my insurance information. My appointment started on time. The technician who did various testing before my eye examine was informative. The optometrist was professional, courteous and accurate. My examination was completed with outstanding professionalism!

Friendly people. Kept scheduled appointment and very little sitting around. Doctor was very friendly and explained findings quite well. Did not feel hurried during exam and follow up discussion.

Super fast appointment and everyone was incredibly friendly. The doctor was very thorough and thoughtful in explaining what I was looking at (scans of eyes, etc) and why it mattered.
