Great doctors and staff. Extremely well run practice. Everything runs on time , with enough time during visits to ask questions and not feel rushed. Very clean environment. I wish all of my medical experiences could be this wonderful.
Office and exam room impeccable. Directions to exam room, given by Office Staff, very unclear. Upon asking for directions from the MA, I received a stern but correct direction. This MA who assisted me was the one who took my history. She remained stern, incredibly unengaging to a degree I have never encountered in a physician practice. Her manner defined a person who wanted to be anywhere, but in that office. My PA was outstanding, but really needs to tie her long hair back when examining patients. I am strongly critical having fired my previous dermatology practice in Lancaster for staff unprofessionalism, i.e., entering exam room already wearing exam gloves that touched... read full review
I’ve been going here for 20 years and while the providers I’ve seen have changed, the quality of care, attention to my concerns, and kindness of all the office staff has remained top notch.
