The main house A/C failed and it was in need of service. My most trusted HVAC contractor retired and after a thirty five plus year relationship it left me in search for his replacement. Carl was incredible but I believe I have found an awesome replacement.
After much research and reading reviews online and talking to close friends I decided to call Comfort Aire. Tracy had a technician out the same day and it was running within an hour of arrival. Unfortunately, because of circumstances outside of my control, the fix would only be temporary and the unit would need to be replaced. After hearing of our experience many family and friends started using them and are very happy as well!
We had bad experiences with our house and our rental for a couple years with another company, so we called Tracy and Matt at comfort aire and they fixed it right up, no issues ever since! We will not be using anyone else.
Very, very happy with our service. We are new homeowners and Comfort Aire has been punctual, courteous, thorough, and fair each time they have come out. It it easy to get taken advantage of these days, but Comfort Aire is an honest business.
