Jeff is an exceptional reflexologist who has helped me manage my aches and pains. He is incredibly kind, compassionate, and highly professional. His work has been truly remarkable in alleviating my migraines and improving my cognitive functions. The relaxing atmosphere at Central Penn Reflexology is truly soothing. I highly recommend visiting this place; you won’t regret it!
They take good care of you here and really do care about helping to improve your quality of life. I had a horrible muscle spasm in my neck and it was completely relieved after just one visit. you leave this place feeling totally relaxed and light as marshmallow.
If you are dealing with headaches, back/neck pain, sleepy hands...do yourself a favor and try a reflexology treatment. Best choice we ever made. As family we have had amazing results!!
