From start to finish, working with this business was a fantastic experience. Everyone was knowledgeable, efficient and I was kept informed of every step along the way. I was even overcharged (due to a guess on need) when I paid in the store, was notified and given a credit!

I found this place quite pleasant to deal with. Kadai was very friendly and great to work with. They have lots of selection and good prices for what I needed the carpet for.

Thank you Carpet & Tile Mart for your kind, courteous staff and professionalism! Josh took time to help me with carpet choices and get things set up. The carpet installers (Victor and Noel) arrived earlier than expected and finished carpeting my whole upstairs and two sets of stairways in about 8 hours. They removed all the old carpet and padding in record time. They did a super job and cleaned up everything. There wasn't a carpet fiber to be found anywhere. We have always used Carpet & Tile Mart in the past and have always been extremely happy. Keep up the good work!
