RUN…for you and your family. Terrible service and highly unprofessional. As an employee, you have no access to essential information and are required to run everything through the same two individuals in the office, who consistently cover for one another. Communication is extremely limited—payroll contact is nonexistent, access to higher management is unavailable anywhere, and there is no employee handbook provided. Even basic supplies, such as gloves, have never been available nor offered.

my mom (senior citizen) has had poor experiences with this agency. The caregivers and the supervisor aren’t on the same schedule or page and it results in NO ONE showing up to help my mom. They are not honest about what they offer and what is done. One caretaker my mom had would say she was with my mom when in fact she was NOT with my mom. Another example is the supervisor says my mom has a care giver who can take her out to the store and appointments (my mom can’t drive or navigate a bus schedule, brain damage survivor with special needs, & colon cancer survivor) with many doctor apts. My cousin was a client of this place and they treated him like s**t. Never showing up when they said they would and when they did show up was always late. Always had someone new because the person quite to get a better paying job. Would not recommend this place for anyone.
