“Where to start….. in 2022 my husband and I found a beautiful piece of land and purchased it to build our dream lake house.
We started looking at builders in the area, and after researching decided a modular home would be the best option for us. 5 Star Modular and Al were without a doubt the only builder we wanted to work with.

The quality of the home is exceptional. 5 Star Modular, Al & team are THE BEST. Al is very creative from the start of design to build. Al thinks outside of the box to get you your dream house within your budget. Building a house is a big deal, and can be stressful, Al always answers the phone or responds to texts. He has an excellent team, and they go above and beyond. Al listens to endless questions (I’m that girl) and answers them all with patience! My husband and I are so happy with our home and 100% pleased with 5 Star Modular! Highly recommend!!!!!!“
