We've had 2 inspections done by Trinity Inspection. They both were very thorough and extremely timely.
Marc and Valerie were wonderful to work with. Valerie answered all calls/texts and was very prompt with setting up the inspection in a timely manner. Marc was superb in the inspection process and fully detailed any problems with the house. He pointed out anything as the inspection was going on to make sure we understood what was wrong and why it was needed to fix each issue.
The report came back faster than they said it would and in a very easy to read format. Overall, extremely personable and professional. Would definitely recommend them for anyone...read full review
Stop here - you have found the correct home inspector to hire. I can’t recommend Marc strongly enough. Was he a little bit more expensive than the inspector my realtor recommended? Yes. That being said, his inspection is SO thorough that you’ll ultimately come out way ahead. Marc treats you truly like family - he is so personable and wants you to understand everything about the house. He encouraged my wife and I to continually ask questions and always had an answer. He spent about 4-5 hours checking every single nook and cranny of this home. I can not say thank you enough to Marc. It’s rare to work with someone so good at their job who cares so much

A lot of time and attention was put into my inspection and report, making it more than worth the money I spent for their services, for me as a buyer. Marc went through the entire report in detail with me, making sure I was fully informed before I went any further in the purchasing of my home. If you go through their reviews, you'll see there is not a single...read full review
