Mr. Kern is best you can get for your home inspection in Pocono and surrounding area. Mr. Kern is not your typical home inspector with minimum or no experience, I want to say he is the most experienced you can get and very knowledgeable. This was our first time buying a house with septic system and we're from city so many things were different. He walked through every step of what he was doing and how the system works and took his time explaining everything to us. Pennspect is very professional. Communication was great and the report is sent timely. He found something major wrong with our septic system that would have been a huge cost to fix. I’m so thankful we found him!
