“I've never had to replace a roof before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. From beginning to end though, Eric was there to help guide me through the process and know what I should expect to happen next. There were ZERO hold-up's on their end. The longest part of the process was waiting for my HOA to approve the replacement that they were requiring me to get! The entire team was a pleasure to work with, whether via email, or in person. On the day of installation, the owner came out to introduce himself, thank me for choosing them to complete the job, and assure me that if I had any questions and/or issues after the install was complete, I should feel free to reach out. And when there was what could have been a slight issue on the day of installation, I contacted Eric, and the owner showed up, almost immediately, to make sure it was resolved, thereby eliminating the possibility of the item even becoming an issue. I even received a nice little package after everything was completed, just to thank me again for choosing them. After hearing horror stories from others who have had their roofs replaced, I must admit, I was extremely nervous about the process. But working with their team, it was a breeze! If you're needing your roof replaced, I highly recommend North Star Roofing! Their price is extremely competitive, you have a contact, who actually gets back to you, throughout the whole process, the team was quick and efficient on the day of install, and they cleaned up after themselves better than any other contractor that I've hired to do exterior work on my house! “I’ve had work done by G Fedale on three occasions, and my experience was positive in all cases. They replaced my gutters, working under contract with my neighborhood’s HOA. Later I contracted with them individually to install gutter guards on a portion of my gutters. There was an issue with this work initially, and they came back promptly and without argument and resolved the issue. Most recently they blew leaves out of my “unguarded” gutters. This work was done under the terms of their $99 December promotion. Their courteous and thorough technician Khazier handled the job and provided me with pictures.“

Part of the project was a new front window. The carpenters who came to complete the inside were terrific also. It looks great and they left the place immaculate.

“Highly recommend! The most important part of choosing a company is knowing how they handle it when things go wrong. Finesse did 2 of our floors last fall and one of the products did not match the sample. It was the correct floor but the manufacturer slightly changed the product and did not update the sample. The floors looked great and they did a fantastic job installing, but it just was not what we truly had wanted (darker and slightly different in pattern). When could not find something we liked within that line, Mike fought to get them to pay for a different manufacturer. Mike went to bat for us and Stephanie helped us find a better option. They got the manufacturer to support fixing it ALL the way! Without spending an extra penny, the new floors were installed this week and we are thrilled. There are just so few companies out there that would do what they did. Thank you!!! You are an amazing team, we will never go anywhere else.“
