I just want to give a shout out to Derrick at the KOP Mall! He is extremely helpful and informative. My husband fell asleep with his prescription glasses on. Not only was Derrick the one to help us in store when we first bought them, he remembered our last name when I called in and was able to help answer all my questions on how to get them fixed ASAP. Not only that but when they didn't have the template to fix the glasses in store, he called me back to let me know we were still in the replacement grace period and he would be shipping a new pair of glasses to our home.
