I’ve been coming to Tower Cleaners for over 17 years, and even my parents have been coming here for many years. Sue has always taken great care of our family. Most recently, she did a fantastic job altering my dress and my husband’s suit. Everything came out beautifully, and her attention to detail was excellent.

I recently noticed a few negative reviews, and I wanted to share my own long-term experience. We are all human beings, and everyone makes mistakes—including myself. I understand being disappointed when something doesn’t go perfectly, but I don’t believe one mistake should erase years of hard work and good service.

I just had my wedding gown altered by Sue, and once again, she did an amazing job! I’ve been coming to her for over 15 years, and she is always spot-on. She is incredibly skilled and truly knows her craft.

I’ve recommended Sue to many of my friends and family over the years, and they continue to come here as well. She is excellent with tailoring, alterations, and dry cleaning.

I’ve been a customer of Tower Cleaners for many years and have always appreciated Sue and her team. Recently, I accidentally left $3,000 in emergency cash in my coat. Sue called me the same day, kept it safe, and returned every dollar. That speaks volumes about her honesty and integrity.

We are all human and small mistakes can happen. Please give local businesses an opportunity to make things right rather than judging them over one minor issue.
