The staff at Zips was very courteous and helpful. I mentioned a spot on the suit pants that I thought would come out with normal cleaning process. He agreed but marked it on the parts and on the taken in slip. He explained the policy on stain removal. It came out perfectly. The suit looks great. I read some reviews of complaints of bad smells, but my suit was fine.I noticed that the business was robust with lots of items hanging and comforters wrapped for pickup. So there must be many satisfied customers. I hope some will post positive reviews in the future. The price can't be beat and the service was good. Thanks Zips.

It was ok. Some of the shirts did had some stains on collar. They wouldn't take in anything with black and white designs. They are very cost effective. I only take very basic items there.

We have used Zips many times and have generally found the cleaning and customer service to be very good. When the cleaning hasn't been satisfactory, Zips has always been willing to redo it. We recommend Zips!
