“Update! I was contacted by the company and had a wonderful chat with one of their representatives. We have come to a mutual agreement and I have to say , they really want their customers to be satisfied. Will be returning to their offices .
leaving this review at the request of the company’s automated texting system. I say automated because it’s obvious the review was not read by a person.
I just didn't have a good initial experience on the phone. I responded to an instagram offer and when I was contacted by phone , it was never explained to me that this procedure would only provide a very subtle change, would need to be a series of 4 treatments ($250 each) and that it would need to then be maintained every 3 months. I'm not sure I want to spend that kind of money on what will likely not be much of a difference and it would have been helpful if it had been better explained before I came in for the treatment. Had I been informed of a better option (Ultherapy?) i may have chosen that route. I’m left wondering if I wasted $300 on something that is not going to be very effective.
I also never received a proper receipt upon initial payment. The receipt for the $50 deposit has a name and address of a Spa in Tennessee. I told that to the woman I first spoke to and she promised to have it corrected but I never received a new receipt. So that is why my review is a 3. My experience with the actual provider (Candace) was fine - she is a lovely person But I would like to have been told the truth about this procedure before I came in for the treatment.“

“I had my first appointment at Gambhir Cosmetic Medicine last Friday at the King of Prussia location. I have been looking for a new place to get Botox. I follow Gambhir Cosmetic on Instagram and thought they could be a good fit for what I was looking for. I like that they have multiple office locations which makes it super convenient for scheduling and availability. As soon as I walked into the office I was greeted by the friendly faces of the front desk staff. They quickly checked me in, offered me chocolate and water, and sat me in their very welcoming waiting area (the office is absolutely beautiful). I feel horrible for not remembering the name of Dr. Gambhir's assistant, but she was so nice! Very friendly and outgoing and was very thorough going over what I wanted to have done that day. We went over my areas of concern and she gave me a round-about quote for my Botox services. I booked my appointment during the $7.95 a unit special, but I find their prices to be very reasonable even at their regular unit price. I believe you get a small discount if you book your next appointment at the time of service, which I thought was a nice incentive. Dr. Gambhir was my injector. She was lovely and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I know Botox typically takes about 2 weeks to see the full results, but it has been less than a week and I am already loving my results. I booked another appointment for April and am looking forward to coming back. Every single person I encountered in the office was great. Thanks, Dr. Gambhir!

UPDATE: I still think the staff was amazing and the office was beautiful. However, my botox only lasted for one month. I have never had this happen. I got 3 times the amount of units I've had before and although the results were noticeable within a few days, They didn't last long. Too expensive to have results that only last for a month. I know everyone's body reacts differently to botox...I just wish it would have lasted for at least 3 months.“

“Megan is MY FAVORITE! I used to book with Stu, but he retired and I was worried I'd wind up with someone...meh. You never know who you're going to get when you book online! I went with Megan over 6mo ago and I am SO happy I did. Sometimes when you go for a massage with the same person every time, you get the same massage every time because they kind of go through the motions. Not Megan. I do not need to tell her what is bothering me, she always seems to know just what my body needs, sometimes massaging each strand of muscle individually. Each massage is unique, addressing whatever is needed at that time. She's kind, attentive, and if she ever left Spavia, I'd follow her. She's that good. I'd love to gatekeep because I don't want her to get all booked out, but she deserves a shout out! ❤Dallas“

“The office atmosphere and staff are great! They took the time to get to know me and help me come up with a plan for treatment that was tailored to me. Everything was quick and painless and I felt very comfortable in their KOP office location. 5 stars and would highly recommend.
