I was instructed by staff to begin with the Redlight therapy prior to most of the services provided. It is usually the first of four that can be completed in less than two hours. It is a great way to treat stress. I will always need the feeling the warmth of the sun provides, and tanning was once only accomplished in the sun. With the Insight that has been gained regarding the danger of skin cancer from extensive exposure to the ultraviolet rays. Sunless tanning became a craze that continues.
