We moved into a historic Victorian house that had a new main roof but the Lincoln gutters weren’t done correctly and were already failing in multiple places, and they hadn’t done the porch roof. Kevin gave us a clear estimate that broke down exactly what work was going to be done and exactly what it would cost. Joseph was the lead man on the job- here every day bright and early. His craftsmanship on everything was great especially the copper. The price was a little expensive but the workmanship and professionalism was well worth it. “I've never had to replace a roof before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. From beginning to end though, Eric was there to help guide me through the process and know what I should expect to happen next. There were ZERO hold-up's on their end. The longest part of the process was waiting for my HOA to approve the replacement that they were requiring me to get! The entire team was a pleasure to work with, whether via email, or in person. On the day of installation, the owner came out to introduce himself, thank me for choosing them to complete the job, and assure me that if I had any questions and/or issues after the install was complete, I should feel free to reach out. They used drones and pictures/videos to get more accurate measurements and digital renders of what the project would look like when finished. Once the crew came to actually do the work, they were friendly and extremely efficient and Jim and Matt were there overseeing the project nearly everyday. We were shocked at how fast and efficient the team worked and how clean they left our property daily and at the end of the project. The end result is night and day and we couldn't be happier.
