I cannot recommend this company more highly. When I called about potential mold growing under my kitchen sink, Tyler spent over 20 minutes discussing various options, including ones I could do by myself and possibly avoid the cost of a house call. When I shared my preference to have someone from their team evaluate, they scheduled an appointment with right away. The very next morning, Chris assessed and quickly addressed the situation. He was knowledgeable, careful, and very thorough. He, Ashley, and Tyler were wonderful to work with!
We had a sewage backup at work that created an emergency situation. Tyler talked me though what to do to handle it until our plumbers could come. We’re not a restaurant but a small non-profit that still would have had to shut down. Great company. Called for assistance with remediation of possible white mold in our basement. Tyler came out and spent time in our basement inspecting the area and discussing the situation in detail with us. Turns our we just had efflorescence (white mineral deposits). Very honest, direct and reliable. Would use them again any time !
