I’ve had a consistently great experience with CNP Jessica Gerloff. She is always prompt, attentive, and genuinely helpful at every visit. She takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and makes sure concerns are addressed without feeling rushed. The office staff is also always kind, professional, and helpful, which makes the entire experience smooth and reassuring. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for dependable and compassionate care.
Amazing office. Caring, considerate, and very knowledgeable. Took my mother there for years, and now have gone there myself. If you need caring team, and well trained, then I highly recommend them for you.
I'm baffled by these negative reviews. I have never had a better experience with a PCP than I do here at KOP Medicine, and that includes the entire staff (not just Dr. Cognetti). I recommend using the patient portal for lightning-fast communication. My every question gets answered; referrals and prescriptions are filled seamlessly; they've even gone above & beyond to accommodate my travel and work schedules. Seriously cannot say enough good things.
