Amazing company, workers showed up on time and and had our new system installed by 3pm. They were efficient and took a lot of pride in their work. The workers also went out of their way to relocate our thermostat. Our sales person came by to ensure the job was going smoothly. Randy is good at explaining what is going on with your system and how it can be fixed. He is professional, on time and a nice person. I will ask for him next time.I only gave a 4 star because he was only here for 5 minutes.Brooks Mechanical is expensive but once things are fixed they are finished. They stay until the work is complete.
Excellent service. I had an issue that other HVAC techs couldn't figure out. Randy arrived and found the malfunctioning part and fixed the system within 30 mins. The system had been down for 4 months previously. My new "go to" HVAC company.
